Right-to-repair - READ THE BILL

Guarantee farmers, small businesses, and consumers the right to repair their own equipment. Ban “parts pairing” software that forces expensive manufacturer-only repairs. 

Protect U.S. farmland from foreign adversaries - READ THE BILL

Ban adversarial foreign governments (including China) from purchasing American farmland. Establish a Beneficial Ownership registry to prevent shell companies from hiding foreign ownership.

Oppose AI Data Centers - READ THE BILL

Impose a moratorium on new AI Data Centers and require the Secretary of Energy to report on each facility’s water usage, energy usage and infrastructure needs, greenhouse gas emissions, wastewater discharge, cooling chemicals, and noise levels.

Crop Insurance Reform - READ THE BILL

Amend the federal crop insurance program to increase the premium assistance rate for beginning and veteran farmers and ranchers. Raise the additional percentage added to the assistance rate from the current 10 points to 15 percentage points in the first and second reinsurance years.
