Q: PRO-LIFE OR PRO-CHOICE?
A: PRO-GOOD HEALTH FOR ALL
The decisions of if and when to have children and how many is a very personal and private decision. I respect the people of SWMO and beyond to have the intelligence to make their own very private decisions. Legislators in D.C. have NO business making these private decisions for anyone else, ever!
When our government makes those very private decisions for you, enforced by laws, penalized by imprisonment, we have “big government”, government overreach. We now have legislation which includes the use of IVF and potential for a contraceptive ban to further the overreach.
I trust you to make your own personal family planning and reproductive healthcare decisions. I’ll work to help provide the healthcare facilities needed to bring proper healthcare to District 7.
While being pro-choice, I am also pro-life.
I am strongly pro-life in the sense that we must ensure our mothers-to-be receive adequate pre-natal care then after birthing receive proper post-partum care. Also important is the parents get bonding time with their newborns. Pro-life in the sense that we must ensure access to quality nutrition for babies, toddlers and growing children regardless of family financial status. Pro-life in the sense that we must do everything possible to ensure the physical safety of our children along with providing their access to quality healthcare and mental health services.
I repeat; I trust you to make your own personal family planning and reproductive healthcare decisions. I’ll work to help provide the healthcare facilities needed to bring the proper healthcare to District 7. Pro-choice or pro-life is your personal business. Pro-good health for ALL is my concern.
I truly do believe our children are our future. Let’s ensure they are provided with all the tools necessary for good health and success.
